1900's Fairbanks Standard Porcelain Pedestal Dry Goods Scale Cast Iron Base
Here's a very unique smaller cast iron base scale with porcelain pedestals advertising "Fairbanks Standard" with wonderful images of the globe logo on each pedestal. Cast iron base is embossed "Fairbanks" on both sides of base along with ornate decoration. This is an early scale - I estimate early 1900's. Scale appears to be functional. This is smaller than most scales I see - measurements are 14" (W) X 6" (D) X 7 1.4" (H). Each pedestal measures 6" in diameter. Scale is in very good condition with rust on the base and paint loss consistent with age and usage. Unique Rob T. Burns 10 Cent Cigar Corner Sign with Beveled Mirror
Here's is a very unique metal and wood corner sign advertising "Rob T. Burns 10 Cent Cigars" with high relief embossing head images and outstanding legible advertising. The front piece is embossed ornate metal that is screwed to a wood corner shelf backing allowing it to be displayed in a corner. Sign measures 24 1/8" (H) X 18 1/8" (W). Condition is very good - most noticeable issue is the corrosion and discoloration at the base of the mirror. The mirror is not broke and appears to be fully intact. The metal shows wonderful patina with only minor areas of paint loss, rubbing and scratches consistent with age and usage. Paint on wood is good shape with only minor nail holes - no areas of damage. Very good shape overall....

Tale Flashlight Mono-Cell Metal Store Display - Great Graphics
Wonderful all metal display cabinet advertising "Yale Flashlight Mono-Cells" with outstanding all around graphics, produced by Yale Electric Corporation, Brooklyn, NY. The lithographed metal advertising signs were manufactured by the H.D. Beach Co. Coshocton, OH. This display was initially a two piece display that would be used in a store for inventory. Great graphics on all 4 sides with a metal latch door on the back that allows access to internal shelving. The top piece is missing - which seems to be common with these, as I've seen only a few complete with the top shelving. This is one of the nicer ones you will find as most are badly rusted or faded. Unusual Wooden Fender Banjo Crate Box Top Folk Art
Here is unusual wooden crate box top advertising Fender Banjos with a great hand carved image of a banjo with amazing detail. I'm assuming this is a crate box top, however it could be a folk art piece - home made - I have no idea. Could be possible that this will the top of a crate that banjos were shipped in. It's a very odd piece - and truly unique. I've not been able to come up with any information regarding this. There are numbers written in marker on the back along with a "GLASS" red stamp - but otherwise no indication of what this was used for. Rare and Very Early Sold Brass Rivet Lube Oil Kerosene Gas Can
Here's is a fantastic solid brass gas or kerosene can that is riveted on each edge in perfect rectangular shape. Brass handle says "LUB.OIL" and features a type of a nozzle and side screw lid. I've never see another like it. It was originally covered in old dark green paint and NONE of the brass was exposed. When it finished - it shined like the sun. Very cool oil can. I'm not sure of the application or usage - but it's very old and unique to say the least. Measurements are 18" (H) X 9 5/8" (W) X 3 1/2" (D). Condition is very good. Unique Blackhawk Co-Operative Hybrid Seed Corn Single Sided Metal Sign
Here's a fantastic vintage Blackhawk Co-Operative Hybrid Seed Corn Association Sign featuring a spectacular image of a Chief Blackhawk native. The association was based out of Polo, IL. I'm estimating the age of this sign from the 1960's or so - but it's just a guess. Amazing graphics. I've seen one other of these signs and it sold for much more than I'm asking. The measurements are 41" (W) X 23" (H). Overall the condition is very good. There is minor bending at the corners and edges. Small ripple in the metal at the bottom right hand side. Overall I would rate the condition at about 7-8 out of 10. The graphics are amazing with a few minor scratches and paint rubs. No large holes or deep denting and most of the issues are only very minor...
