Willson Goggles Store Display Case with 8 Sets of Goggles
Very unique and very early Willson Goggles display case made of wood and glass with prominent advertising. Display has a pull out tray that stores up to 11 pieces. Tray pulls out from the top. This case would have been stored on a counter of an old country store, pharmacy, etc. Very unique piece. Display measures 15 1/4" (W) X 2 7/8" (H) X 18" (D). Condition is very good overall all. Display is all original with no repairs or restoration. Glass is intact with no cracks or chips. Typical rub marks and slivering of wood around edges and corners. Expected scuffs and edge rounding throughout piece - consistent with the moving and storage of the display. 1920's Freihofer's Quality Cakes Metal Store Display Cabinet
Wonderful 1920's antique Freihofer's Quality Cakes metal and glass display cabinet with marquee used in a country store setting for displaying desserts, pastries and bake goods. Display cabinet has beautiful lithographed tin sides and matching marquee advertising "Freihofer's Quality Cakes - A cake for every taste - Pound Sponge Fruit". Two separate shelves that are porcelain. Back has a latched door that easily opens and makes the shelves accessible obviously used for displaying deserts and related foods. Wonderful "Peters Shoes Diamond Brand" cardboard shoe store display. This very thick cardboard display features embossed advertising throughout the display. The "Peters Shoes", the gold rack near the shoe hole, the Peter's Shoe Co logo, and "Diamond Brand" on the bottom are all heavily embossed. Has dual cardboard flaps on back for upright displaying with a stamping that says "STAND PAT EASEL CO. DETROIT, MICH. PAT. OCT 25 04". Display measures 16" (H) X 9" (W). Mechanical Seal Store Display
Amazing old electric play seal display. This was found in an attic recently and had been there for decades! This was an advertising display for an old store window. When plugged in, the seal's head bobs and the bar spins. There used to be milk cartons with this but they were damaged extensively - so this seal was a dairy advertisement. The seal has a plush fur like material and the flippers are painted on the display, which is a cardboard - paper mache like material that has a wood reinforced base. Rare Disston Saws Store Inventory Display
Very unique hanging metal and wood handsaw display with Disston advertising - "Disston has the edge in quality saws" in multicolored print around base. Saw blades sit in round metal loops at base and blades fit into slots in wooden cylinder with handle facing up. This display would have been connected and suspended from a wall in an old hardware store. Display measures 38 1/2" (H) X 20" (W). Though this display is quite rare - as I've never seen another like it, the condition is rough to fair condition overall. Unique Metal Bremner Biscuit Display Rack
Original metal display rack advertising "BREMNER BROS, CHICAGO" at display base along with "SAY BREMNER BROS. WHEN YOU BUY BISCUITS" at the top edge. Display measures 44.5" (W) X 47 1/4" (H) X 16 1/2" (D). Display was likely used in a bakery or country store as the shelves would hold the glass and cardboard biscuit tins. Unique Zephyr Brooms and Mops Store Display with Brooms
This is a very unique broom and mops store display featuring brooms and mops manufactured by the Zephyr brand. This is a wire rack with a metal single sided sign that holds the brooms or mops as seen in picture. Display measures 18 1/2" (W) X 22 1/2" (H) X 14 1/2" (D). Brooms featured measure 56" in length and are included with display. Overall condition is good. Metal shelving has surface rust throughout but is stable and strong. No areas of rust-through or holes. Areas of rust on sign, a few areas in the center and mostly confined to the edges. Advertising is bold and bright. Brooms appear to be new-old stock. Overall a wonderful country store display. Nice original salesman sample Coca Cola Cooler manufactured by Kay Display's Inc. under licensed for Coca Cola in the 1930's-1940's. Guaranteed 100% original with cap catcher, bottle opener and original handles. Cooler measures 12" (W) X 10" (H) X 8" (D). Overall, the condition is Good +. I would rate the condition at a 7-7.5 overall. This is 100% original with no repairs, touch-ups or extreme areas of damage. This is one of the nicer original Coca Cola salesman sample coolers I've seen. Many are badly rusted, or restored. It's getting harder to find nice untouched examples of these.
